With a background as a social worker, working with high performing lawyers and now as a Certified Professional Coach, she was already on her wild path. Before we met, she loved her venture. She was making an impact. But, anytime someone asked her what she did for a living, she’d get uncomfortable, nervously search for the words, and start talking in circles.
Our work together was all about amplifying her existing coaching business with a cohesive and polished personal brand. When we began our work, she was not positioned as ‘Julie Bosi’ in the market for many reasons. Now with a poised and polished brand identity along with concise and compelling messaging, she owns that being professional and being human are not mutually exclusive.

With a background as a social worker, working with high performing lawyers and now as a Certified Professional Coach, Julie needed a clarified brand, logo, and website to match her warm and welcoming demeanor while also highlighting her solid and stellar credentials.
This logo represents a small but mighty part of the process — a visual representation of Julie’s purpose to help high achievers manage their mind to elevate their energy. The soft font choice represents the warm and safe space she creates to help achievers rework the mental and social noise that gets in the way of the climb.
The subtle arrow at the end of her name combined with the rise in the font suggests the rise and elevated energy one feels working with her — helping them optimize their path. As with all our work together, the aim is to allow achievers being professional and being human are not mutually exclusive.
There’s so much that goes into a pathfinding and design project that never gets shown visually, only demonstrated by the client through action once the work is completed. Take these slides above for example, a small sample of branding tools wild ones are given when they work with me.
Pathfinding is so much more than a logo and a website. It’s about carving an ideal path (brand audit and positioning), creating the desired reality (building guidelines, brand tools and visuals) and owning it with all your heart (making sure your actions align with the wild dreamy path we built).
